What’s Included
Each Breaking Away adventure is unique, but many of our tour packages include meals (breakfasts and select group dinners), non-alcoholic beverages, lodging, activities, and any specials or swag as described in the event listing. Please note: inclusion of these items varies by event and is clearly outlined in each individual tour description.
Meals:
Breakfast is typically provided at or near the lodging location or will be a simple meal at camp. Lunches and dinners are enjoyed at a mix of local restaurants, roadside favorites, and historic haunts along the route.
Our aim is to eliminate the stress of logistics so you can focus on the good stuff—riding, exploring, eating, hiking, and making memories around the campfire. Every itinerary is crafted to help you connect with the outdoors in a way no city skyline can offer.
Tour Itinerary & Plans
Each tour begins and ends at a designated location and time, which will be communicated well in advance. Paid participants will receive a detailed itinerary no later than one week prior to departure.
Important Note:
Breaking Away Motorcycle Adventures LLC (“BA”) reserves the right to adjust or modify routes, schedules, or activities due to weather, road conditions, or other safety concerns. While we strive to stay true to the original plan, rider safety and overall experience are our top priorities.
Payments, Deposits & Fees
Full payment is required prior to the start of any event unless otherwise specified. For those opting to pay in cash onsite (cash discount may apply), a credit card deposit of $1,000 is typically required at the time of booking. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the specific event.
If additional expenses arise during the course of a trip (e.g., lodging, food, medical expenses), participants may be billed after the event is complete.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the specific event listing, all funds paid toward participation are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect your financial investment.
Cancellations by Breaking Away (BA)
Due to low participation: 100% refund or credit, participant’s choice.
Due to extreme weather: Payments are transferable to a rescheduled date or another event. Refunds are not issued unless the event is permanently cancelled.

Cancellations by Participant

60 days or less: A 20% cancellation fee applies. Remaining balance becomes a credit, valid for 12 months, not applicable to deposits.
30 days or less: All funds are forfeited as a cancellation fee. No credit will be issued.
